Compliance Review - The Inspectors are coming!

A tidbit from the October 10, 2014 Weekly Manager's Update:

"The Inspectors* from the Modifications Committee will begin their audit of the community on October 15th. They will be reviewing all sides of each home for compliance with the Design Guidelines. Please keep an eye out for them as they continue this project through the end of October."

 (*Inspectors: Officials who examine something in order to judge its quality or compliance with rules or the law)

One can only guess why things like this were never brought up when we were going through the  sales process. How could it have possibly have been missed?

That aside, it looks as though there are a few people at Grand Dominion who have too much time on their hands.
