Another tidbit from the October 10, 2014 Weekly Manager's Update:

"As we approach fall and winter it is time for the Modifications Committee to begin their annual review of the Design Guidelines. Please send any suggestions or changes you’d like to see made via email to GrandDPM@fosterpremier.com.”

Why does the Modifications Committee not schedule an open meeting on an annual basis inviting all homeowners to share their thoughts regarding what they would like for their community?

Debate is healthy.
